Developer license

To get a developer license in order to use Ouranos API in your plugin you have to send me a message on Spigot (https://www.spigotmc.org/members/deret123.63457/) with the link of your plugin. I may choose to grant you the access to the license according to your plugin downloads/longevity/reviews.
